I was thoroughly unimpressed with my stay, as the room failed to meet my expectations in every aspect. The strong smell of smoke, lack of adequate towels, and unsanitary floors and tub were major issues that left a bad taste in my mouth. As someone who works in housekeeping, I know what to look for in a clean and well-maintained room, and unfortunately, this one fell short. My experience was far from enjoyable.

“Trash”

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by a series of unfortunate events, including a rude manager who failed to provide the level of service I expected. I also had difficulty locating the property, which added to my frustration, and the fact that no one answered the phone when I called for help only made things worse.

“Good versus Evil 😅”

My stay at this hotel was pleasant, with a welcoming front desk staff member checking me in the previous night. However, the next morning's experience was a different story. When I called the front desk to request a late check-out, the staff member I spoke with was unwelcoming and unhelpful. He initially agreed to a 15-minute extension, but then showed up at my door at 11:05, claiming I had only 5 minutes left.
