Sebastiano Severino made the stay very special with his constant care and attention to every detail. We suggest adding eggs to the breakfast menu and setting a specific time, because one day the breakfast room was too crowded and couldn’t accommodate all guests.

The spot in Ortigia and the professionalism of the staff, who always aim to help you, are great. Prices are high in Sicily and especially in Syracuse, so the rates and services offered by this place are reasonable. I found it too noisy for my taste, the windows aren’t double‑glazed, deliveries at 5 am downstairs from the room last a while, and there were odors in the bathroom in the morning. Breakfast was okay but not tasty, except for the very good croissants. The breakfast area is cramped. The parking fee seems high, and the photos on the website look more favorable than the reality.

The location, the lift, and how quickly the host responded were all great. I was also taken from the car park to the apartment at night. The towels and bed pillows were good. The street noise was loud at times, and the directions to the car park were confusing. The lot is behind the G8 gas station, and I think the confusion was partly due to a language/cultural barrier.
