The hotel is super close to the airport, perfect for people with long layovers to relax or stay overnight. The airport‑to‑hotel transfer is free. However, there’s a 4 % surcharge if you pay with Visa, and when we asked for the return transfer to the airport, they charged us extra even though I had already booked that service through booking. The reception staff also struggled with English.

It does what it’s supposed to do—a practical hotel right near the airport. The room we got was spacious. The only downside is that the bathroom needs a makeover.

The location is great for Noi Bai airport, and the rooftop pool is lovely with stunning views of the airport on one side and the city and fields on the other. More variety in the restaurant would have been nice, and a few extra chairs on the balcony would have been appreciated.
