I liked the location and gave the staff a 10, except for the receptionist I met upon arrival; when I left, a different receptionist was pleasant. The place smelled awful like pipes, which woke us up at 7 am, and there was no parking—each time we entered Valley parking we had to pay 90 pesos to leave our car.
