We received an upgrade to a beautiful room, and the staff were absolutely wonderful and helpful.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the room was clean and spacious. I especially liked the floor heating by the bed, which was a relief in the cold weather.

The property sits in a very quiet, secure gated community, making it a secluded and ideal hideaway in the city. Unfortunately, one staff member misunderstood my joke, took everything too seriously, and didn’t accept my apology, leaving me uncomfortable and I won’t return.
