The spot is convenient, but the balcony on the side is covered in dirty peagon debris and I couldn't use it; they only showed me the front balcony, which left me restless at night. The front staff acted like we were troublemakers, which was frustrating.

The staff were helpful.

The room was satisfactory and maintained a good level of cleanliness. However, I found the pricing to be on the higher side. I understand that weekend rates are typically elevated, a common practice across various establishments, so this is not a significant concern. The staff at this tourist location did not speak English or Hindi. The receptionist was particularly unhelpful, exhibiting a reluctance to listen to customers. As a solo traveler, I was informed that I needed to provide my parents' details, citing a government regulation. When I inquired whether only the details were required or if he needed to speak with my parents, he failed to comprehend my question, despite my speaking slowly. He then began shouting in Tamil, preventing me from further communication. Realizing he wished to speak with my mother, I contacted her and handed him the phone. However, he was unable to communicate with her as he only spoke Tamil. It is perplexing that a hotel in a tourist area, operating under such government rules, does not employ staff capable of proper customer communication. After navigating this frustrating experience, I checked into my room. Later in the evening, I requested a water bottle from reception, which they assured me would be sent to my room. Despite waiting until my checkout, the water bottle never arrived. The behavior of the staff, especially the receptionist, was profoundly disappointing
