Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The location is very good 1 minute to the main gate which is at the highway and security is great, the staff is amazing always ready to assist when needed, the room is spacious, Light is 24/7 with the backup inverter and lister. I really enjoyed my stay to be honest. Nothing too serious just that you need to asked for daily routine before it will be delivered like cleaning of the room, change of towels etc except this all good

The service was solid. The sheets, however, triggered sneezing.

I was let down. The staff treated guests horribly, showing no humor, humility, or concern for anyone’s situation.

The bathroom drape was moldy, and I was charged an extra 1600 on top of the 17900 listed online. The receptionist was rude; I had to leave in a hurry because she kept banging on the door while I was in the restroom. Everything about the place feels like a sham.

When I arrived, I had to pay an additional 3k after already paying 18k, supposedly to secure the booking. The door handle was awful, and I waited almost 30 minutes for someone to open it. The bed furniture was also poor.
