I’m all about minimalistic, simple design, so this place fit me perfectly. The food was absolutely incredible—so much that I think locals come here just for the meals. The building feels brand‑new, but that meant my AC didn’t work and the bathroom door handle came off on its own. There was no elevator, and the property feels more like a B&B, so there wasn’t any staff to help with those small problems. We only stayed one night, so nothing blew up, but it could be an issue for longer stays. The roads leading to the hotel are very narrow, so if you’re driving, keep that in mind. I wasn’t sure if there was a sauna, but if there is one it should be advertised; I thought I saw one and would have liked to use it if it was easy to access.

The rooms were restful and comfortable, spacious, and the staff were friendly. Plenty of parking was a plus. The pub and outdoor area could use a few more comfortable seats.

The rooms were lovely, very clean, and the bathrooms were great. The whole property was beautifully maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful—I’d definitely stay again. Only small annoyances: the air‑con system wasn’t working properly when it was exceptionally hot outside, and service was slow at supper.

The design and décor are beautiful and bespoke, the setting is gorgeous and relaxing, and the place is extremely clean. There was nothing I didn’t like.
