Just a short walk from San Giovanni Battista church, the breakfast was excellent and was served outside the door in the morning; there was an olive oil tasting, the host was very helpful, the beds were super comfortable, it was a beautiful and unique immersive experience, the olive mill and family history in the olive industry were wonderful. A charming place and highly recommended! :)

We experienced an amazing adventure in this magical corner called the gumbo del metre, a place steeped in history, tradition, and passion, functioning like a living museum that still feels like a place of life and sharing. It’s a unique, beautiful, surprising setting offered by Gianpaolo and Elisabetta, who are friendly, gentle, refined, attentive, and available; thanks to them, Cervo becomes an even more charming gem. My partner and I will keep this as the most beautiful memory. Thanks Gianpaolo and Elisabetta! Everything was perfectly to our taste.

The property feels like a living museum inside an ancient olive oil mill, with various machines and equipment integrated throughout the rooms and excellent documentaries explaining their workings. Giampaolo gave plenty of time, advice, and local produce gifts. A truly unique place.

The host’s kindness, small attentions, responsiveness, and availability, the originality of the place, and the cleanliness were all outstanding. Nothing to complain about.
