Savelletri is a nice port location, but stay away from this property and any property managed by Aleandro Grassi and TrulliLife.it in Puglia. Filthy, insect infested property! I was staying at this property for 6 nights to relax and plan my daughter’s destination wedding, which was only days away, only to be confronted with a disgusting full-blown insect infestation, including crawling larvae and a mountain of insect droppings that had clearly been developing there for months, right above the bed where I was sleeping. See pictures – showing the infestation over the bed head and also the generally dirty state I found the apartment in upon arrival, which I had to clean myself before I could unpack, including having to wash the filthy place matt’s which were left dirty in the drawers as pictured. What made matters even worse, was the absolutely abhorrent way I was treated by the property manager Aleandro Grassi of Trulli Life srls, the company that manages this property, after advising him of the infestation. He not only refused to take responsibility or apologise, he treated me and my daughter, the bride‑to‑be & her fiancé, who had come to my aid and had been up the whole night with me cleaning the disgusting infestation ourselves, with absolutely no care or remorse. Instead, he was extremely rude, defensive, aggressive and even threatened to kick me out, treating us with absolute disregard & pure egotistical arrogance, after we had spent the whole night deep cleaning and fumigating the apartment all by ourselves, with no help from him or anyone from the property management company. This horrific experience completely ruined what should have been one of the most enjoyable and relaxing times of my family’s life and has caused me and my daughter severe trauma and stress. Still after almost 2 months, this property management company has not bothered to reach out to me or provide compensation.

Restaurant and cafés in the place. Unfortunately during our stay the harbor was under reconstruction. The view was therefore of a bulldozer and not of boats. And the bulldozer also worked from early morning to evening very loudly. Otherwise the place would have been absolutely magical! The house was nice but fairly dirty, at the entrance (inside the house) there were bags of cement and other construction material. The apartment was nice except for the balcony that was cleaned. Unfortunately the landlord said nothing about the harbor repair (we understand why) and since we were handing over the key via codes, we did not meet. Key handover was without problems! In conclusion – the location is beautiful, without bulldozers and construction machines it should have no flaws! May 2025

“Schöne Wohnung mit größeren Abstrichen”

I stayed in a spacious, well-equipped flat right on the harbor with a nice balcony. The host wants you to take your trash to the local recycling center yourself 😳, and there’s no parking provided – you have to find one in town. If you’re lucky, you might get free parking on weekends, but that’s hard to come by in the off‑season. The noise from two restaurants below the apartment and construction sites outside and inside the building was annoying.
