The staff were friendly and attentive, and the location is great. However, the information about the rooms was insufficient. I booked the cheapest option, thinking it would be a shared room, but when I arrived they directed me to a room with two beds that was almost full, cluttered with clothes and luggage, and very disorganized. A sick person with a severe cold was on one of the beds, and I was placed right below them, feeling extremely uncomfortable and worried about catching the illness. Later I learned that the dormitory also housed some staff members, and the sick person was one of them. It was hard to sleep at night, so the next day I requested a room change for a negligible price difference, which put me alone and everything improved. The first night was terrible and unnecessary if the room details had been disclosed on the website or if staff had communicated this upon arrival. Moreover, staff should be housed in a separate dorm from guests. As a result, I left for home with the flu I caught at the hostel and spent four days in bed.
