The pool was genuinely nice, yet the staff were terribly rude—especially the lady named Rose, who was unhelpful, had an attitude when I asked questions, and made disrespectful remarks about my room request; this first‑time experience was horrible and I won’t return.

The room was comfortable, the location was close to the river walk, and valet parking worked well; the breakfast buffet was back to its previous quality, but the room still had a lot of dust around the microwave.

The spot was convenient near the Alamo and the river walk, yet the valet service was clunky: they sent texts that nobody could receive without a US phone, and the parking lot is a few blocks away, so it took 10–15 minutes for the diligent valet staff to bring the car back. I used it only because it was cheaper than other overnight parking options, but it was better to grab breakfast at a nearby café than at the hotel.
