The place was clean and the bed was comfy, and there was nothing to complain about.

The bed was very comfortable and we liked how close it was to downtown yet still quiet; the only downside was the smell of well water, otherwise we enjoyed everything, though more utensils and a grill cleaning brush would have been nice.

Getting the key from the lock box was a breeze, and the gate code worked for us too. The surroundings were quiet and pleasant, though the exterior photos on the site look dull and don't match the real look, which made my wife a bit doubtful about the surprise trip.
