I liked the stay overall and was satisfied with the other aspects of the lodge, but the room cleaning was terrible; the staff member knocked on the door only once and did not return to do the service, and the rooms stayed dirty every day of the stay. That was the only negative point, but it caused a lot of dissatisfaction because cleaning is a basic care.

The staff were incredibly friendly, though the room lacked a kettle for boiling water and mugs or tea for coffee or infusion, a small note that doesn’t change how great we had it.
