My wife and I had a short stay, yet it turned out to be one of the best nights we’ve had because the room was excellent and the staff were amazing, truly helpful and caring.

This hotel is simply wonderful, and it’s hard to put our experience into words! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ During our stay we had a problem, and the manager, Frau Hang, helped us in an extraordinary way; she was incredibly friendly, attentive, and supportive, doing everything possible to assist us. It feels great to stay at a hotel you can truly trust and know you’re well taken care of when help is needed. We originally planned to stay just two days, but our experience was so positive that we returned later for another two days. Because it was raining heavily in Sapa at that time, we also received great recommendations and tips for other places, so we could still enjoy our trip wonderfully. The hotel is fantastic, but the warm and personal service makes all the difference. Dear Frau Hang, thank you for everything! We felt very comfortable with you and will definitely visit again next year! 🤗

Everything was perfect, the room was excellent, the service was impeccable, it was clean to a high standard and the housekeeping was great; the gym was also excellent. We didn’t love the breakfast as much, but there were options, and the location was close to central spots, though traffic made it a half‑hour drive and sometimes 40 minutes in either direction. It’s better not to do laundry there – it’s more expensive than back home and a waste, there are really cheap places that can offer the same service for a much lower price.

The hotel is brand new with excellent facilities, luxurious rooms, and some of the best staff, though it’s about 20 minutes from the Old Quarter, it’s nice to return to a peaceful home.
