I only liked the location; the staff, especially the long-haired employee who fought with the front desk staff, shouted and swore. The room was fairly clean, but we found hair strands on the towels and in the bathroom.

The spot is ideal, right at the start of the trails. Staff were genuinely friendly and met every need without hassle. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful, offering the classic Italian spread with endless pastries, or the savory option with eggs cooked various ways, cold cuts, toast, sausages, and more. Even though we didn’t opt for half‑board, the on‑site restaurant served superb food; we always tried different high‑quality dishes. One evening we ordered pizza, and both my husband and I ate it without any digestive issues. We’ll definitely return! The only area that could improve is the cleaning.

The location is central, right next to the slopes, on the square. The cleanliness and space management make the whole place welcoming, not to mention the common terrace on the first floor where you can sunbathe on free loungers.
