The mattresses were good, but the bathroom was not great – bathtub/shower combo and no cotton swabs.

The spot was convenient and the room was clean, but the front desk was missing a person.

The location was fine, but there was no staff, making it very hard to get information; after a booking mistake I had to book two nights and was refused a refund for one, which is sad given that hotels usually have real service and a reception.
