Even though the hotel is nice, breakfast should have been included; I had stayed there before and the view from my window wasn’t as good as last time.

Everything was perfect: the location, the art, and the room were top notch. Nothing to complain about.

The beds and pillows were comfortable and the room was very clean. Breakfast was hearty with plenty of tasty options. The hotel is beautiful, the pool area is lovely and relaxing, and the landscaping is beautiful. I love that the hotel is centrally located and easily accessible, right next to Agora Mall and Bravo supermarket, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Street noise is minimal despite the location. It was a wonderful stay! The bathroom was missing a few amenities—shower gel needed refilling and there was no bar soap, so we had to ask. One lightbulb was out. Overall the room was well-appointed. The restaurant’s young wait staff was friendly but not very attentive; they served the wrong wine, then admitted they didn’t have my selection, forgot to replace silverware after removing it, didn’t replenish water, and missed many other details.

Everything was great: I liked the cleanliness, the décor, the rooms, the staff’s attention, and the breakfast was also very good; overall I liked this hotel a lot. There was nothing I didn’t like.
