We had never stayed in a hotel like this before, and everything was great—from being able to pick a room before we checked in (the hotel sent us a link to a video of all the rooms so we could choose) to the very friendly staff. Nothing to complain about.

Amanda and Louie run the place and they’re awesome. Louie even gave us a free ride to visit my mom. The property is beautiful and spotless, the staff are helpful and friendly, and the location in Ajijic is great. Nothing else to add.

The location is great—just one block from Lake Chapala, a short walk to the malecón and plaza principal. The staff are extremely friendly, the breakfast is cooked to order and the coffee is superb. There was nothing to dislike.
