“Tutto perfetto!!!”
The new structure was spotless, but the room neighbours were noisy, which is not the fault of the property but rather the rudeness of certain people.
The room was very clean, had air conditioning and was comfortable, but the area isn’t very pretty and the staff aren’t friendly.
The building was clean and welcoming, and the owner gave very clear instructions. However, amenities such as shower gel, shampoo, and others were missing, and it wasn’t clear whether breakfast was available at the affiliated bar – from what I recall, it was listed in the online booking.
The location was excellent, but there should be more toiletries available.

The place had a great location just a 10‑minute walk from the train station, and the area was pleasant enough that we didn’t feel afraid to walk there at night; the room was spacious, and the bathroom was also roomy. We handled check‑in ourselves, and the host explained everything we needed to do, which I liked because we arrived late in the evening. The cleaning was subpar – the vacuum didn’t run long enough under the bed, and there were items left by previous guests.
