The location is great for visiting the park, with easy access from the park gate, and the staff are friendly and helpful with everything you need; the buffet offers a wide selection that satisfies many tastes, and from the terrace you can watch the park animals roam. The building feels a bit old and some areas could use refurbishment.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating, and the serenity and views are lovely, but the rooms need an upgrade and although there are accessibility ramps, a wheelchair isn’t provided.
