Everything was good, but there was no food available to buy from the hotel.

Most hotels in the area are pricey, but as a solar company employee I just wanted a simple place to sleep, no frills. Knowing the rooms would be small, I messaged the FB page first; they were honest, sent me photos, and the room was functional with a comfy bed and working toilet. The staff were very friendly and helped carry our bag to the room. I enjoyed the alfresco area overlooking the pool, and the resort had a peaceful vibe. It’s only a 10‑minute drive from Bugallon town. The pool was clean and we swam before bed, and I felt safe with the gates locked at night. I’ll definitely return for budget accommodation. The only improvement would be to serve breakfast on site; when we asked, they said it could be delivered or we could go to a nearby canteen, which was fine because it wasn’t far. The Wi‑Fi was only available outside and was slow inside, but I was told about that before check‑in.

“Very friendly caretaker, even heated up our food for breakfast.”
The caretaker was very friendly and even handed us free fruit. The only drawback was that there was no Grab app service in Bungallon to get a car.
A quiet, clean spot with a swimming pool that’s secure and staffed by very friendly people.
