It was very dirty, smelled bad, and was gross – stains on sheets and towels, walls covered in filth.

We were told we’d be in a non‑smoking room, but it was infested with a terrible smoke odor.

Good parking. The rooms were filthy, the floor was covered in stains and the carpet was wet?? The bathroom vents were installed backwards so they blew the hottest, balmiest air in. Our bed was broken in the middle and the bedding had cigarette burns.
