“Nice for the one night stay we needed.”

The spot is handy for getting to the HEB Center, and the free breakfast and nice room were nice touches. The breakfast staff were thin on numbers and the service left something to be desired, but since it was complimentary that’s understandable. The view was dominated by construction right now, which was fine because this wasn’t a “destination” stay. We asked for extra pillows for the pull‑out bed, but they were out, which was disappointing.

“Excepcional”

Everything was well‑situated, the facilities were amazing, and the hotel was stunningly clean. When we checked in, the gentleman who greeted us didn’t make us feel welcome—perhaps he had a bad day—but his colleague smiled and made us feel at ease; kudos to her for noticing the situation.

“Was perfect for my needs”

I skipped breakfast, but the location was great. The room had bottled water, a makeup mirror, and the towels were too thin and could use improvement.

The air‑conditioning in the room didn’t work well. We requested a fan, but the one they brought didn’t function and they said there were none left, so the room stayed hot.

The room was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Personally, the bed and pillows were softer than what I’m used to, but otherwise the stay was great.
