Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The place was misrepresented: no air conditioning as advertised, blocked shower drains, toilets barely worked, it was a disaster, there was noise after hours, and the rooms were very small—everything was terrible.

Thandeka was a lovely lady who helped me and my daughter whenever we needed it. The room stayed clean, the place was welcoming, and she even showed me nearby spots for food. I’ll definitely return.

The location was unbeatable, but the beds, mirrors, lights, and showers left a lot to be desired.

Everything about the place and the hospitality, especially Amahle, was very kind, and there was nothing negative to mention.

There was nothing positive, but I did encounter cockroaches.
