Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
Roaches were present, the mattress was uncomfortable and stained, and the sheets were also stained. Towels had a funny smell, the AC was a filthy mess, and it was surprising it even worked. There were all sorts of stains throughout the room (walls, etc.). The hotel is non‑smoking, yet the room carried a smoking odor, and people on the floors were smoking, somehow the smell seeped into the room.

I had no positives to mention, everything was a disappointment.

Nothing good, and the staff handed me a room with a TV that had no remote.

Nothing good, the shower tub was filthy, the toilet was broken, the nights were too noisy, and overall it was a horrible experience.

The price matched the room if you only plan to stay the night, but I ran into a cockroach/bug infestation twice even after changing rooms; they didn’t take it seriously or fix it, and the bug spray I asked for didn’t work at all.
