Best hotel in Addis Ababa! New and clean. Everything was perfect. Staff were absolutely amazing. Helped me with getting a knife to cut my fruit. Loved this place so much

The rooms were excellent, the staff welcomed us and resolved several issues, and breakfast was good. However, the bathroom had a transparent window with no curtain, and the hotel offered no fix after we raised the complaint.

موظفة الاستقبال إسلام تتكلم اللغه العربيه بطلاقة ومتعاونه وحراس الفندق سامي و أليكس. رائحة المطبخ تصل الى الشقه وعدم توفر غسالة الملابس في الشقه

Everything was beautiful and spotless, and the staff were amazing—very helpful and kind. I didn’t like the location because it was very noisy.
