“Péssimo”

The inn offers a decent setup with a bar, restaurant, a large pool and a spacious kids’ area equipped with water toys. However, the rooms fell short because the bathroom had weak water flow, no shower enclosure and a floor that got completely wet, and towels were never replaced. During our three‑night stay no room cleaning took place. Breakfast was the worst part of the property: the selection was tiny, many items were missing and never refilled, glasses and cutlery were scarce, and staff only acted when we asked. Tables stayed dirty and cluttered. The staff seemed glued to their phones, so nothing got noticed. Parking is roomy, but when the inn is full your car can end up blocked by another vehicle. Since there’s no valet and the property doesn’t match plates to rooms, you may have to wait a long time to retrieve your car.

The water park, hotel structure, and pools are good, but breakfast needs better organization and a lot of improvement. Install closed shower boxes and replace the very poor shower heads for the room price. Parking also gets chaotic at full capacity.

“Não vale o nem metade do que pagamos”

Unfortunately, our stay at this pousada was marred by subpar service and a disappointing breakfast experience, despite its impressive structure. The staff's lack of hospitality and the mediocre breakfast options left a lot to be desired. However, the hotel's layout and design were indeed noteworthy.
