The hotel scored 9.0/10. I found it great, convenient, and super clean, right near downtown Cedar Rapids with plenty of parking and easy access. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and I loved the local suggestions on the white boards in the lobby. Nothing negative – a solid budget stay.

The property earned a perfect 10.0/10. It was new, and I appreciated having a walk‑in shower. Nothing else to note, really.
