Dream Beach Kubu & SPA by ABM

“La posizione falsa! Venduto per front beach a 30 metri dalla spiaggia risulta essere 900 metri dalla spiaggia, per di pi”

The bungalow’s aesthetic composition was nice, everything else was definitely not. The advertised front‑beach location turned out to be 900 m away, 30 m as claimed, and it was really hard to reach. I paid for a sea view but couldn’t see any because of other resorts and nature blocking it. Total disappointment. The bungalow was dirty and never cleaned, even after I repeatedly told the “casual” workers, since there is no reception here.

“WRONG INFORMATION”

The staff and pool were nice, but the hotel is not 6 m from the beach as claimed; it’s actually 800 m, so we had to rent bikes. There was no TV in the room, and the description was wrong, which messed up our holiday plans.

“Hotel, faisant du surbooking attention”

They had confirmed our three‑day reservation, but an hour before we arrived they cancelled it and pushed us toward other hotels; we had little choice but to accept a shabby place with a single double bed for three people, where we spent one night before finding a better hotel, yet they refused to refund the second night. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all—I suspect they overbook and you’ll get unpleasant surprises.

We had to check out again immediately after checking in because the beds were unusable; the linens were torn and stained, and a quick look under the sheets and topper revealed even more issues. Among all the places we stayed during our Bali tour, this was by far the worst, so we quickly booked a room at the neighboring hotel.

A very comfortable, relaxed place with super friendly staff, and it’s only about a ten‑minute walk from Dream Beach—though not actually on the beach itself. The map pin puts you right on the sand, which is a bit off.
