The location for Britannia Pier was superb, I have mobility problems and use a walker. The distance is so short and ideal for anyone with mobility issues. I was given a downstairs room, again ideal, would ask for this if you're interested in booking. The SMELL when you stepped inside the front door! A mixture of old/damp/foisty and strong. Steps up to front door were slippery. The fact that there was constant noise ALL NIGHT 😖😱🥱🤬, so very difficult to get ANY sleep 😴. Sounded like they were rollerskating around up above us! At around 2am, there was a BIG Sounded of someone being violently sick out an upstairs window. The WORST BIT tho, was when I opened the curtains in the morning, I was faced with the 'tilt' style window, which I had opened!, was TOTALLY covered in cold SICK 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 and loads of it!!! There were no on‑site staff to talk to, and so we just packed up as quickly as possible and left.

The location was fine, but the place was a mess with mould, a broken bed, and everything in disrepair, needing a full redecorating; the view was horrible and wires were hanging from the ceiling, far below any standard—how do they even run a business like that? The girl at reception was friendly but scruffy and unprofessional.

I had the best stay in Yarmouth, with a great view and excellent service; the furniture had been updated since my last visit a month ago.

The location worked, yet the room was tiny, the TV didn't work, and there was nowhere to hang clothes.
