“Esperienza non piacevole”

Holiday Room didn’t inform me that the outdoor pool was closed and that the spa was only open in the afternoon, requiring a reservation for one of two available shifts. When the hotel staff mentioned these restrictions, it was too late to request a refund from Holiday. I will never use it again, I’ll advise everyone against it, and I’ll post a bad review on all my social media. In the morning we had to go to another place to use the spa, incurring extra costs and inconvenience.

The welcome was great, the breakfast was delicious, the spa offered many options, and the retro furnishings were nice. The windows let in too much daylight, and the double bed was made of two separate beds.

Breakfast was varied enough, the room was spacious and satisfactory, and the spa was good. I couldn’t use the pool, couldn’t use the spa in the morning, and the room’s jacuzzi didn’t work properly.
