“Very disappointed experiment with the bedbucks, unclean bedsheet and non-working toilet flush.”
I snagged the room at a great price and even got early check‑in, though they charged an extra 200 per hour, which I thought was worth it. When I complained about the bed bucks, the night staff swapped us into a different room. The photos and reviews were misleading; the room smelled awful, the sheets had stains and hair, and we found bed bucks in the bed right after check‑in. The night staff apologized and moved us again, but the toilet flush was faulty and the bathroom odor filled the room. We couldn’t try another room at midnight, so we stayed the night. I trusted the booking site and was completely disappointed; I’ll never recommend it.

The place was clean, but the AC didn’t work, no slippers were given, and they didn’t offer morning tea or meals.
Nothing good except the lift; the whole place smelled bad and was dirty.
