The location was great, but the maid service was terrible. We stayed three nights and left the room at 10 am to return at 5 pm, yet nothing had been done. I complained on the first day and they cleaned the room, but on the second day the service was still lacking.

The breakfast was fantastic, and the ocean is practically right outside the hotel—what a great spot. Rooms were spotless, check‑in was a breeze, and it’s a real family‑friendly place. The only downside was the parking fee, which is pretty steep.

The location is superb, just a short stroll to the beach. The room was cozy with comfortable beds, and the rooftop pool and hot tub were a nice touch. One issue: the TV view from one of the beds is blocked.

Clean and good breakfast. Requested towels and never got them or heard from anyone on two different days.
