I was very pleased with this hotel; the staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was clean and modern, and the common areas were tidy with plenty of seating. Breakfast offered a good variety, and there are great restaurants and bars just outside the entrance. One thing that would improve it would be having tea and coffee facilities in the room.

The location was great and the rooms were spotless, but there were no microwaves so we had to heat food in the lobby. We booked one night, then added another, and when we tried to extend the price jumped by $100 and the website wouldn’t let us; we were told to speak with the hotel. A staff member said nothing could be done, but another later lowered the extra cost to $25, which I accepted. We were told we’d have to move rooms, but only to the next door; the key card would be handed out the next morning. On the following day the room was still occupied, so we had to wait until 11 pm for checkout, after which the room was cleaned and we could check in—meaning we had to pack up and either stay in our car or find somewhere to wait. I voiced my frustration to the front‑desk boy, who then moved us to an unoccupied room on the next floor. The issue was resolved, but it caused unnecessary anxiety that I hope the hotel can prevent in the future.
