Location, the metro stop was very convenient and the small restaurant around the place. Breakfasts situation was not ideal. The vouchers to the next door bakery barely covered one person. Lines in the morning were also very long. Water in the morning needed to run for 20 minutes to get warm. The room was also missing a small kettle for tea/coffee

The coffee shop was great, though I’m not sure if it’s part of the hotel. The rooms were clean. The walls and doors between rooms were paper-thin, so I could hear guests in the next room as if they were in mine. Rooms had no amenities—no coffee, nothing. I had to request free water bottles, and the free breakfast was a $10 voucher that didn’t cover a drink or a bite to eat.

The room’s style was gorgeous, the bed was comfortable, and the location was convenient. The hotel also offers excellent value for money.

The building’s façade and the Allure restaurant were nice. I booked a Deluxe Queen Room a week before, but the room had almost no natural light and faced the inner courtyard where the AC unit is. The room I received was not what I expected; I later learned that the other type of Deluxe Queen Room faces Broadway, but that wasn’t clearly indicated, which felt misleading. Room 126 was smaller than advertised—only 19 sqm instead of 22 sqm. There was no carpet or fridge, which was inconvenient. The elevators were tiny, so we always used the stairs. I can’t change anything now, but I hope you’ll fix these issues and give clearer info so future guests can decide properly. Had I known the room’s true condition, I wouldn’t have booked it. The staff were horrible, with a “I’m better than you” attitude. The place is a disgrace and I regret ever booking. Housekeeping was a nightmare—loud and entered the room before checkout. The bed was so uncomfortable that I woke up with a terrible back ache. The room felt so basic you wondered if you were in a prison cell or a hotel. They charged me instead of refunding, and when I asked, Manager David became belligerent to save face in front of other guests, telling me I was trespassing to kick me out and cover the truth a few minutes after checking out. They are thieves selling a dump. Don’t waste your time or money. Their price point is absurd, especially since they lack any amenities and are in an area infested with homeless people.
