The team was very courteous, and Simranjeet Singh ensured our rooms were cleaned to our satisfaction, though the linen could have been cleaner.

The room photo was misleading, the linen was poor, the gadgets didn’t work, and the plumbing was unsatisfactory.

The property sits right beside Jalianwala Bagh, and some rooms offer a view of it; the staff were cordial and helpful, and there’s nothing to dislike about the place.
