The location and classy architecture were great, and there were no issues.

The fresh, welcoming smell of the location was nice, yet the staff kept reminding me about cleaning, bin liners, vanity bags, and restocking coffee and milk in the room; the shower water pressure could be better, and the restaurant was closed on Sundays with nothing else open for dinner. I booked a king room with a city view but instead saw the atrium roof blocking the view.

The bed and pillows were comfortable, and although the hotel is a bit farther from the main CBD shopping mall, it’s close to a tram stop and still easy to walk to the mall.

The location was convenient, but the room was made by putting two single beds together to create a king, which isn’t acceptable for a start hotel, and the city view was blocked by the Rialto Tower.
