When I tried to check in, the front desk staff refused to honor the price I had booked through the OYO app, acting in an unprofessional manner that left me feeling completely disappointed. They eventually denied us a room and told us to leave, which was a huge let‑down given the expectations we had for a smooth arrival. I hope someone from management steps in to address this issue.

Hot water was available, but I was charged 800/- instead of the 660/- shown on the app. I booked the hotel because it advertised breakfast, yet the staff told me nothing was served. The premises were dusty and unclean, so I would only recommend it if you have no other options in Bangalore.
