“Totally uncomfortable”
The room was dirty and unclean; the shower in the bathroom didn’t work at all, and there was a fan in the bathroom near the shower closet—overall, everything needs improvement.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, thanks to the extremely helpful staff who made my experience truly memorable. The hotel itself exceeded my expectations in every way.
I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's restaurant, which offered an impressive array of choices and served high-quality food. My room was also very comfortable and well-appointed, but I was a bit let down by the limited breakfast options and the fact that it opened late. Additionally, parking proved to be a challenge.
I was disappointed by the cleaning, but otherwise everything was fine.
