I couldn’t sleep in my room the first night because of a terrible smell of alcohol and cigarette. It took me 10 minutes to wake the front‑desk agent, who told me he had no room and no air freshener. Worse, they wouldn’t refund my room.

The breakfast was empty. When we asked to fill it, the staff outright said NO. Very expensive… for one slice of bread with butter, jam and a coffee. I was very angry about the breakfast. If needed, I took photos or a video of the empty buffet at 8:45.
