“Nice and comfortable stay”

The room was nice and clean with a lovely view, the host was very welcoming and friendly, and there were no complaints. The lift to the bedroom is outdated, but otherwise I didn’t dislike anything.

The apartment was fantastic! The terrace was gorgeous with stunning Roman sunsets, and the location was convenient—just a 20‑minute walk to the Colosseum in a good neighbourhood. Breakfast came with a €12 voucher for a café around the corner, and the metro was only a three‑minute walk away. Manager Paolo was very friendly and helpful, greeting us, showing everything, and letting us leave our bags after check‑out.

“I expected at lot, and it was even better!”

This place sits in the perfect spot to explore Rome, far enough from the crowds but only a block or two from the metro. The view was amazing, the facilities were well designed and very comfortable—overall a great spot. I’ve been mulling it over for a while and still can’t decide.

The spot is great—metro almost right under your nose, a small bus loop across the street, and a huge roof terrace with a beautiful view to relax after a full day of sightseeing in Rome. The owner is very friendly and customer‑oriented.
