The area is great for shopping and local activities, and the downstairs bar was a nice spot for a quick bite and a nightcap. I had to leave much earlier than planned because of a family emergency, and the front staff were very understanding. The hotel feels outdated even after the remodel, and my balcony room didn’t justify the extra cost for the balcony.

The staff were very friendly, the cleaning excellent, the pool spotlessly clean, and the location was very good.

The location is very good for a stay in Naples, not far from beautiful beaches and close to the city centre. Our family room was spacious and comfortable.

The sleep quality was good, the bed and pillows comfortable. The room was quite large and the staff were kind. The laundry service was very convenient. The pool area was nice. The bathroom was small. It’s far from the centre, so you have to drive. It’s a bit expensive, but the whole area is overpriced.
