We were greeted warmly and Jessica spoke English, which helped a lot. The place was clean, spacious, and easy to reach. An engaging spiral staircase led up to the first‑floor bedroom with its wet‑room shower, and the overall environment was quiet. A kitchen was available, complete with tea, coffee, butter, jam, and honey, and there were a couple of croissant outlets nearby. The bedroom’s view was quite limited by a wall from an adjacent building, but I wasn’t planning to spend much time looking out anyway, so it wasn’t a big deal. I might have liked a bit more breakfast—perhaps some bread?

Accueil chaleureux, les hôtes sont très à l’écoute de leurs clients, voire ils anticipent d’éventuels besoins. Le confort est excellent avec des équipements de qualité et l’emplacement est idéal. La décoration est soignée et harmonieuse. Maison très calme, très propre. La cuisine parfaitement équipée est appréciable pour le petit déjeuner et si on souhaite prendre des repas sur place

Accueil, échanges et discrétion de Paul et Jessica très appréciés. Jessica pense au moindre détail que ce soit en déco, ou petites attentions. Une cuisine très bien équipée, fraîche et au calme. Une chambre très agréable, cocooning, très calme. Un emplacement idéal pour tout faire à pied. Ne pas hésiter à découvrir !. Rien à signaler. Tout était très bien

What a delight! This house is a one-off. Jessica & Paul have done a fabulous job on their entire house since they arrived in Lectoure a few years ago. Our guest bedroom was luxurious, completely brand new and was been created with no expense spared. The pride and effort they have expended on the whole house and guest accommodation is a credit to them. We were able to make use of the kitchen and dining facilities – even though Lectoure has a number of good restaurants and cafes. High quality food and wine was readily available within walking distance (a fabulous deli was literally opposite the house!). We were spoiled… the dining space sits under the stunning stairs below a roof skylight 12 meters above! Finally, I just wanted to say what great hosts Jessica & Paul were. They were kind and friendly. They responded promptly to our requests and queries and offered lots of helpful advice - from where to shop for food, where to park and where to go to eat! They provided us with a multitude of leaflets and information. Fortunately, the front door of the house was only 50 metres from the Office of Tourism… if we needed any more local information… The spa was their recommendation. A blissful way to spend 3 hours… Don’t forget to pack your Speedos! 5 minutes’ walk! Don’t miss the plethora of antique shops or the converted former hospital less than 10 minutes’ walk away - now crammed full of small specialist antique dealers. We were told that we missed the weekly market by one day due to our agenda and timetable. We will be back soon for a break, with these hosts, that allows us to give that a visit…. Nothing at all
