The location was perfect, but the interior condition of the accommodation was unfortunately disappointing; the photos on the website appear fully edited with Photoshop/AI and don’t match reality, which is unbearable and disheartening, and we even attached photos of the actual state. 🙁

“Deludente”

The hotel is in the city center, but it is much farther away than the photos suggest; the room has no windows except a tiny one in the bathroom, you must climb three steep staircases because there is no elevator, the directions to the room were vague and wrong messages caused chaos, and the breakfast vouchers that should have been included in the price were missing.

“Heureusement que l appartement était bien situé…”

The location is good, but the toilets were clogged, the shower curtain was torn, the shower head was broken, and there was no TV connection.

“Esperienza a dir poco terrificante”

Peccato che non esista un numero al di sotto dello zero. Appena arrivati non abbiamo trovato nessuno. Dopo un po' arriva una signora che al momento ci pulisce la stanza.cosa da pazzi.!!! Nessuno ha preso i nostri documenti. Le immagini delle stanze che vi presentano su booking non sono affatto vere. Vi consiglio di stare lontani da questo posto
