The staff were friendly and the breakfast staff were hospitable, but the AC was cold. The Wi‑Fi was subpar and left us without TV time after a physically demanding weekend with my family. I asked the front desk about the Wi‑Fi, and they said someone would be contacted to help with the TV connectivity. Crickets. The problem persisted with laptop screening. I had to use a mobile hotspot. The same issue happened in another room occupied by a family member. The bathroom area in a “Kind Suite” was crowded. The room was not serviced between days – trash was not taken out, towels were not refreshed, and beds were not made. I paid a premium price and received subpar care.

The stay was very clean and comfortable. The modern finishes were nice, and the free breakfast and good coffee in the lobby were appreciated. The only downside was that there was no coffee in the room.

Breakfast was good, but the waffle maker was out, so there were no waffles. That was the only negative.

Las camas muy cómodas. Nos pidieron 40 dólares por hacer el check in a las 12h, estaba previsto a las 15h. Finalmente pudimos entrar 1’30h antes sin cargo alguno
