I was shocked by how pathetic everything felt – the dining room was filthy with visible spider cobwebs, and my room was just as bad. The carpet had never been cleaned or vacuumed, making it very dirty, and the walls were so thin that I could hear loud banging from the next room. The hot water in both the sink and the shower was nowhere near hot.

I had no complaints about the bed – it was fine – but the staff were extremely rude, and they stole my fiancé’s phone and wouldn’t return it even after we pointed it out. This was an absolutely horrible experience.

After a long day of driving I finally found this motel and, after reading the reviews, I was pleased to book it. The front desk lady was lovely, friendly, efficient, and accommodating. My room was spotless, easy to access, and very comfortable, and my two German shepherds loved the easy access and the grassy area to run in.

The bed was comfortable, but the outside lighting was blinding. When we entered the room, a wet‑dog smell knocked me down, so I sprayed my perfume to mask it. We had checked in late after a full day of travel and were exhausted, so we might have left.
