The room was spacious and the staff were fantastic, but the reception was far away and sometimes nobody answered when I called "0".

The location was great, yet the hotel never had a lifeguard on duty, and even when one was present they didn't carry out their safety duties at the pool.

The location, cleanliness, and staff are all solid. The pools might need a look; they seem a bit old and the many kids make it somewhat uncomfortable. I missed an adult pool where you could swim or enjoy without so much noise. Breakfast could also improve; when items ran out, it took a long time to refill.
