I liked the chocolate given at breakfast. I booked a “king room with garden view” and paid a significant amount. In a serious establishment, a “king room” means a large king‑size bed, not a single‑bed space that turns out to be a half‑bed marked in small print on the site. The promised “garden”? It’s actually a neglected atrium filled with rags and abandoned items, no plant visible. The cherry on top: they charged me an extra 15 euros for a 2‑kg dog. This place clearly doesn’t understand what hospitality means. Never again.
