The staff at this hotel provided excellent service, which was a highlight of my stay. However, I had several issues with the room and facilities. The bathroom had a significant level difference, making it hazardous, and the stairs leading up to the room were quite steep. Additionally, the lighting in front of the mirror didn't work, there were limited power outlets, and breakfast was served for a very short period, ending as early as 10 am.

“Not impressive”

I must say that the atmosphere at this hotel was quite pleasant, but unfortunately, it wasn't the most senior-friendly place I've ever stayed. The high steps leading to the stairs and the elevated bathtub made it difficult for me to navigate, and the slippery bathroom floor and flooding at the balcony were major concerns.

I had a great stay at this hotel, enjoying the spacious and clean room, well-proportioned bathroom, and large swimming pool. The food I ordered was delicious and reasonably priced.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the bright side, the breakfast was truly impressive - a wide variety of delicious options that catered to my dietary needs. However, the room itself had a few issues that detracted from my overall stay. The shower was out of commission, and the door was difficult to lock due to its broken state. Furthermore, the toilet area was poorly lit, making it a bit of an inconvenience.

I appreciated the hotel's unique touches, such as the monk blessing ceremony and the boat service that picked up guests' belongings. The breakfast was also consistently delicious. However, I was disappointed to see that the area along the canal wasn't clean.
